The seventh Linux Developers Meeting again takes place in Oldenburg. We are proud to be able to offer another meeting to Linux developers in connection with the computing center of the local University. We are preparing the meeting to take place at the last weekend of September 2002 (26th-29th). The meeting will be organized at the same location as it was last year, that is, University of Oldenburg, scientific building in Oldenburg Wechloy. We will be able to use two rooms, the larger one is reserved for working and the smaller one for sleeping (we could use it for a party if nobody wants to sleep, just in case...). In past years we managed to use different power circles, so we don't suffer from a power brackdown. The yearly power testing, which include a one day power outage is performed on the weekend before (Sept 21st), so this won't be a problem as well. We provide space, power, network connectivity and some food, so you can fully concentrate on your work. You should take all hardware with you that you need for your work as well as enough hardware documentation, and enough network and power cables. ContactThe meeting is be organized by Martin 'Joey' Schulze. Please drop him a line at joey@infodrom.org or Karsten Merker at merker@debian.org if you have any questions with regards to this meeting or if you want to participate. Joey
