Dinner at Die Tränke

We will use most of the facility, which is usually a popular pub, for our own. The house is an intersting building as it represents the rural kinds of houses people in this area built about 200-300 years ago. The roof is made of reed, a natural resource in this area.

The dinner will cost € 12.90 flat-rate per person plus fluids.

Our food will be served as a buffet on a large table and brought by a catering company instead of the local kitchen which would be too small. The following dishes are planned. Please help yourself.

• Potato-leek soup
• Farmers salad with feta chese
  Chef salad with herbage souce
  Maybe some potat salad
• Self-made roast on spit
  Fried zander filet with vegetables, rice and wine souce
  Au gratin potatoes
• Vegetables
• Miscellaneous pieces of bread
• Herbage and garlic butter
• Mousse au chocolat
  Red fruit jelly with vanilla souce
