Dinner at the Maharadja

We will use the restaurant only for ourselves for the entire evening. The facility has seats and tables for about 50 people and is pure Indish with an original Indish cook, who is also the owner. Joey has negotiated a number of different dishes that will be prepared in a larger scale and offered to us in form of a buffet.

The dinner will cost € 15.00 flat-rate per person plus fluids.

There will be a Papadam apetiser (Chips made from lentils).

The buffet will start with a salad and continue with the following dishes (planned) served on a large table. Please help yourself.

• Murgh Korma
  Chicken, nuts, coconut
• Gosh Karahl
  Lamb, vegetables cooked in a pan
• Soor Saag
  Pork with spinach
• Korma Shakim
  Vegetables, nuts, coconut
• Sahl Paneer
  Self-made cheese, cream, coconut
• Dal Makhni
  Black peas in butter

As dessert we will have Mango cremé and fruit salad.
